Pros
The starting pay compared to other call centers is reasonable. The work is easy and it’s easy to get hired.
Cons
Poor health benefits, they show favoritism when enforcing rules. It’s hard to get a raise unless you meet your one year mark. The comp plans and bonus and put together where it’s impossible to reach. They sell a good game of broken promises! You business is never personal everyone knows your personal business. Management is not professional and put up this front.
