      Pros

      - 9 to 5 schedule - free weekends - relatively easy job - paid overtime - completely remote - they don't care about your background as long as you know how to make the job - can have 2+ simultaneous jobs as long as they don't interfere with this one - stable job and stable income - payments due on specific dates and they're never late - 10 PTO per year that can be used from the moment you're hired

      Cons

      - bad incentives - no flexibility - non paid lunch - 30 minutes of lunch on an 8-hour shift - video meetings - no equipment provided - mediocre management

      Working remotely is an option for most positions.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the output of work expected. Worst COO I have ever encountered. No idea how to lead or run a business. This person does not even understand how profit margins work much less how to increase them.
