Pros
Standard call center but without the crazy pressure. Obviously you are still expected to perform but it's a good environment and management is level headed.
Cons
Call center so you have to deal with some rude people on the phone. Every minute counts so no lounging around. Rules and standards change all the time - at the discretion of upper management who don't 'get' some things.
