Easy work. No experience needed. Great way to get started in customer service and/or automobile industry. Monthly bonus in giftcards or on check if you hit your numbers. Soft selling. Mon-Fri set schedule, alternating week with a day off, work that Saturday. Business casual wear.

Cons

Unorganized at times. Miscommunication from management to employees common. Constant changes. MICROMANAGING your every move.
