      Pros

      Fast paced, high accountability aviation job. Local leadership is great, but seems to get no support with any substance from a corporate level. They "shoot first and ask questions later" daily.

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay, high accountability, low appreciation, no professional direction from corporate. Churn and burn employees like they are trash.

      Pros

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
