Pros
Paid a little more than other places, some people ride out the clock, which management may or may not write you up about depending on their mood and how they feel at the time.
Cons
Hostile work environment, much unprofessionalism, outside company trainers are good, but ask a coworker a question and many times they just walk away - even if you are new and genuinely need to know the answer, there is essentially no on the job training unless you know one of the workers that already work there. Even then, the manager writes people up for hardly any reason. They like to pick on their employees. There is much cussing and lewd humor which creates a hostile work environment. On top of the high physical and mental demand of the job. Manager likes to write you up for any small mistake. Hostile work environment, do not work here.
