Shameful - Ramp Agent Trego-Dugan Aviation Employee Review

Hours,Understaffed !! Will not hire anybody so we can stop working 3am till midnight everyday ! H.R. knows of these excessive hours everyday and they just keep picking up more flightswithout more people. The equipment is sporadic and mostly old. You do not have a real break room other than 5 chairs, doesn't help when12 people are working. Management says it has BENEFITS, Never seen evidence of that, other than words. People are just worked to the bone. The owner and Upper management come in to be SEEN and that's it, no interaction with employees. All about money and P.R.
