      It’s a job - not a good one

      Cons

      Paychecks are always messed up - shorted and/or just not paid Bonuses promised but not paid Salaried staff are unregulated- getting paid when they aren’t even there Threaten employees - short pay (change time cards illegally) Revolving door of employees

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
