      Pros

      Fun work, good people. I started immediately following a management switch and got to be a part of turning out station around from struggling to get planes out on time to regularly getting them out 5-10 minutes early

      Cons

      Must be available for shifts at multiple times during the day. Occasionally had to stay a couple extra hours if a plane was delayed (which I actually didn't mind too much)

      Pros

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
