Pros

Cool coworkers, not too demanding, a lot of people here work well with one another. Family oriented work place.

Cons

management doesn’t demand respect, no discipline, coworkers disrespect management and coworkers. Nothing is done about it.

Pros

Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

Cons

Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
