      Pros

      I've worked at a lot of ramp contractors, and I have to say the Trego-Dugan Indianapolis station is one of the best. The management is great, coworkers are great, and you get flight benefits with Allegiant. Pay is also one of the highest at IND.

      Cons

      Not flexible on scheduling Other than that, not much.

      Pros

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
