Pros
my experience at this company is different from most. I am a lead and I get to help other stations from time to time. 1: you can work at different stations for more hours, if you are good in your roll and know the product well. 2: The more you know in my experience the more hours you can get. I don’t know about every station 3: with this job you always find those very few people that turn into lifelong friends.
Cons
1:tell the people that is coming in hours and days off are based around the flight schedule 2:Tell them the full extent of their benefits and what discounts we get 3: don’t tell people you will work around their schedule when you know that is not possible
