-12 dollar pay -care for employees - get to work with planes -get free flights

Cons

-planes are very loud and can lead to hearing loss - heavy lifting if you are working the ramp -having to work in the elements if you are working ramp

Pros

Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

Cons

Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
