Pros
If you have a good team it can be a real fun job. You can move up in the company very quickly, there's lots of opportunities for raises.
Cons
The work can be very fast paced, and stressful at times. Pay isn't great. For part time the hours are very little, and change frequently. Expect good months and bad months, paycheck isn't very consistent. You get free/discounted flight benefits, but it's hard to use them cause it's difficult to get time off.
