Pros

You get just enough airline experience to be able to get hired with a better company.

Cons

Corporate auditors have no experience in aviation. Totally clueless, but have the nerve try and conduct audits. The regional manager is petty and cruel. The director guy is even worse! The people that hr put in leadership positions show how little they care about the company and the employees.

Pros

Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

Cons

Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
