      Pros

      Dress code is about it. You do get some nice gear .

      Cons

      5 days of PTO. Management does not care about you at all. Managers are unprofessional becuase they have no idea what they are doing and get no help because their managers have no clue either. HR is a joke. They are shady and only care about putting out fires.

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
