      The company is growing very fast. There is upward mobility throughout the company. They work fast at getting efficient processes and training in place to help keep up with the ever-evolving industry.

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
