      you get experience in the industry, flight benefits.

      Cons

      no health insurance, low pay, no flexibility on schedule if you want to work another part time or full time job ( i work 2 days a week for 6 hours) the managers look for reasons to fire you because "you should be grateful".

      Pros

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
