The middle management teams are usually competent, and low level staff keep the company from running aground.

Cons

Nepotism abounds within this organization. Top leadership are either 1) family 2) people who agree with family and never oppose the constantly changing direction of the organization.

Cons

You will never, and I mean never, get a meaningful raise or a promotion at this company. It is a place for coasting, not growing. Leadership cares more about looking like an AI company than anything else.
