Flex-time, but mostly necessary if you want to avoid working 14 hours days (meetings with Asia) Easy place to just "go along" and get a paycheck if that's what you're into.
Cons
US expected to stay very late to work with Taiwan and China After-hours support not reimbursed or rewarded. No business phone for most people, although you're expected to check email 24x7
