Tricore as a company pays frontline staff (Phlebotomist/CLA's)Low wages even during the pandemic while the hospital I worked at was constantly understaffed they kept everyone's pay the exact same as what they started with. All the while overworking everyone that didn't quit or transfer facilities. And then leadership acted surprised when we weren't working as efficiently as we were at full staffing and normal workload.
