Pros

good learning and training opportunity, depending on the location you can get the experience with challenging draws and problems (UNMH)

Cons

pay, management does not know how to properly handle a dirty needle stick with an employee, responsible to find own pto coverage, looks more at the negativity rather than how much you put in and give to the company (UNMH)

Pros

I like the supervisor, the only one I like.

Cons

These people will never stand up for their employees. You’ll get a crazy patient and they are considered right even if they sexually harass the employees. They also turn a blind eye to coworkers that are sexual harassers that have formal complaints because they worry about lawsuits of discrimination. Not a good environment. They do not care about their employees.
