Pros
Nothing that I can think of.
Cons
In my 20+ years in the workforce, I have never worked for a more unprofessional company. Promoting people with absolutely no experience managing people to do exactly that. HR is non-existent and consistently makes excuse for poor lower management behavior while sweeping everything under the rug. While the healthcare staffing industry is volatile at best, certain managers chose fear mongering every time there is a layoff and telling us to "keep our heads down, so we aren't next." Micromanagement at the highest level including not leaving your desk, bathroom break monitoring, and deciding if and when you can take FTO. Certain managers gossip and talk horribly about their employees to other team members and those off the team. Blaming people who have left the company of their own accord for any mistakes made with no accountability for the managers lack of training or guidance of said employee. Allowing political and religious views to be discussed in the workplace and shaming others for not believing their view. Overall, just very toxic environments allowed to continue by upper management.
