Don’t fall for it

Pros

Free parties, occasional breakfast/lunches provided (mostly during the training period when they’re convincing you how amazing they are/pretending to care and like “a family”

Cons

If you’re reading this because you’re considering employment here (I can only speak from recruiter perspective) - please know these people DO NOT CARE about you no matter what they say. I saw through them very quickly. You’re just a number to them and all they care about is the money you’re bringing in, if you are doing well you’re on top, but if you start to fall then you’re less than basically. I can say this because it’s what I experienced and what I saw others experience. They are very fake and management needs to be restructured. They definitely got cocky during Covid and over-hired - now having to fire many many people. Morale is low. High recruiter turnover rate. Positive reviews from employees are probably because they incentivize good reviews with $ to buy company merchandise. It’s a very tough industry as well. I wouldn’t recommend working here as a recruiter. Unlimited PTO - what a joke. People barely use their PTO and if you do & you’re not doing well, you’re basically shamed for it. Even when you’re on PTO you’re expected to continuously check your things. You shouldn’t feel guilty for taking a week off once or twice a year, especially when you work 24/7 with this job. Completely not worth it, especially with how everything has changed since Covid.

Incompetence, disorganization, complete and total chaos

Pros

I honestly can't think of a single redeeming quality of this organization.

Cons

This company is complete chaos. My organization was absorbed by Triage and we spent the better part of 7 months with no leadership whatsoever-- so much so that the team would get together in secret and try to figure out what we were actually supposed to be doing. Every decision at the company is made in secret by the least qualified people possible, not communicated to the team, and then the decision makers are surprised when those decisions aren't acted on. Every interaction at Triage is political and daily life feels like being in Game of Thrones. Everyone has an ulterior motive and the smallest decision or discussion becomes an opportunity for opponents to seize power. Additionally, the key decision makers all seem to share the "anything for an easy life" mentality, in which they'll allow the most critical systems and processes to burn to the ground if it results in a smaller workload or avoiding confronting a difficult decision or conversation. I've honestly never in my life been party to a more toxic working environment and will never in good conscience be able to recommend Triage to a colleague.

Terrible Morale, Toxic, Total Chaos

Pros

Work from home flexibility Flexible time off It was great until it wasn't

Cons

Long story short terrible decisions were made and many opportunities were missed. Now everyone is looking for another job (the ones who didn't get laid off or let go) Huge boom during covid= *huge work force *amazing parties *state of the art renovations *all time high morale But they never planned for what happens after covid normalization. Now it looks like this: * Work force decreased to pre merger numbers- volume of files and expectations are crazy * parties and events cut * renovations halted *"anonymous" surveys *Morale all time low *"keep grinding" "trust us" atmosphere with no evidence of actual support given At the end of the day, everyone is just a number. The culture is gone, any possibility of growth in the company is gone. But it's ok, there is free coffee in the break room, or maybe you can get a drink at the in office bar. That'll make up for it right? My hope is that the remaining people can find alternate employment where they are valued
