Pros

Co workers care about each for the most part

Cons

Leadership stopped caring about the teams a long time ago. And HR wasn’t any better about helping with those concerns.

Pros

Modern work environment, friendly staff

Cons

While this role could easily be performed remotely, the company enforces a mandatory in-office culture. This is incredibly counterproductive, as the heavy call volume required for the job is extremely difficult to manage in such a loud, distracting workspace. Furthermore, the company suffers from high turnover characterized by frequent layoffs and aggressive, rapid recruiting to backfill those empty seats. This constant churn creates a pervasive sense of job insecurity. Finally, the onboarding process is severely lacking. Newer employees are frequently the ones let go, largely because they aren't given the foundational tools to succeed. Training is heavily reliant on existing coworkers who are not officially trained or equipped to be educators, which sets everyone up for frustration.
