People (worker-bees), beauty of Alaska and flexibility.

Cons

Pay is horrible, management at the local level does not listen and Seattle Corporate offices are useless. You have a problem and they are easy to turn the cards on you and you can easily find yourself without a job.

A lot of favoritism and racism going on. Management is unprofessional and lies a lot.
