Management is comfy where they are at and are opposed to change unless it fits their general agenda. High level execs and management don’t seem nearly involved enough for it to feel beneficial to build a career unless you’ve already been around for a long time. Don’t invest more time than is required for the role, as they will not invest their time in you.
