DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFER WITH THIS COMPANY. They filed bankruptcy in 2019 and changed their name from TridentUSA Health Services to TridentCare. They are also known as MobileX, Symphony Diagnostic Services and Schryver Medical. I've been with the company for about a year and I've already seen more than 50 people get laid off. Not just random people though. They have a tendency to eliminate whole departments, often resulting in 10+ people getting terminated at a time. Here are some other cons:
Zero job security - Expensive, high deductible health plan - Terrible vacation/sick time policy - No bonus structure - No 401K match - Company is closing labs across the country and doesn't pay their bills. Power is always turned off in office - Obsolete software - Extremely high turnover - Poor leadership
I give this company less than 5 years and they'll be closing up shop. They're very unstable and have been struggling for years to make a profit.
