We recognize and know it is hard to be on the frontlines in healthcare. Stress and the everyday reality of having to do more with less resources challenges the limits for technologists, nurses, administrators and more. Thank you for this nice feedback. We appreciate all you did to assist our patients with getting the valuable services they need. We have a great team and are sorry to see you are no longer with the organization. Best to you for your future endeavors.

DON'T DO IT!

Pros

Some departments support telework/work from home.

Cons

DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFER WITH THIS COMPANY. They filed bankruptcy in 2019 and changed their name from TridentUSA Health Services to TridentCare. They are also known as MobileX, Symphony Diagnostic Services and Schryver Medical. I've been with the company for about a year and I've already seen more than 50 people get laid off. Not just random people though. They have a tendency to eliminate whole departments, often resulting in 10+ people getting terminated at a time. Here are some other cons: Zero job security - Expensive, high deductible health plan - Terrible vacation/sick time policy - No bonus structure - No 401K match - Company is closing labs across the country and doesn't pay their bills. Power is always turned off in office - Obsolete software - Extremely high turnover - Poor leadership I give this company less than 5 years and they'll be closing up shop. They're very unstable and have been struggling for years to make a profit.

Hello, thank you for providing this detail. If you haven't done so already, as a current employee I would encourage you to communicate this detail to your department leadership or HR representative. Though the company has experienced a lot of change, there is always opportunity for improvement and we value all feedback and assistance to make the company better.

Pros

I honestly can not think of one pro to this job besides the fact you work on your own, but it ends of being a con because your busy 24/7 and always need help and no one is willing to help you.

Cons

Every aspect of this job is a con. It is mentally and physically draining and quite possibly the worst company I have ever worked for. Long hours and very short staffed, I realized quickly why they are unable to hold a staff. Unreasonable hours and if you clock out at time you are suppose to be off work you are harassed and looked down on for not staying out until midnight-3 am to “get other people’s work done”. Constantly out of supplies, higher up workers running the show and don’t know what they are doing. Do not waste your time on this company that will do nothing for you in return. If it wasn’t for the fact that you have to at least give one star to submit this I would not give it any stars.
