Pros
The work environment is awesome, you become family with the crew, and work life balence is really good. Meaning you can try to flex around your hours if you have appointments or something going on in your life. If you need to change your hours they are mostly willing to work with you
Cons
Management gets away with murder. Management pretty much holds employees super accountable but yet gets to do exactly what they tell you not to do. I’ve seen a couple managers work 3 hour days before. Upper management doesn’t care or doesn’t have a clue about any of it, when issues get brought to light everything just gets swept under the rug. Real issues just never get resolved because the company really doesn’t care all that much. Their only concern is if the work is getting done and in a timely manner so they don’t lose their clients. What they never understood is that if the turnover for employees stays so high the work will start to get affected, but it is what it is.
