Pros

Flexible schedule and getting time off is easy

Cons

Management doesn't show empathy for employees, Micromanage everything. They will try to send you to areas that are not within your normal route. They also don't pay enough for gas reimbursement. Hr doesn't talk to the employees with respect. there are times where you question your sense of belonging.

Flex Schedule Remote Equipment is Provided

Cons

Low pay, yearly reviews are a joke, overworked, doing a jib of 3-4 departments but getting paid for 1. Bonuses are given as long as the entire company meets quarterly and yearly goals. Medical benefits are also a joke.
