Pros
Very nice people on night shift everyone works well together.
Cons
Evenings are very short staffed. Dayshift is getting to pick what time they come in for their shift, causing night shifters to have to stay past their end time. This happens at least once a week due to the fact that certain staff aren't scheduled until 7am instead of 630am. These staff have been seen in the parking lot 15-20 minutes before 7am. So why are they not made to worksheet same shift times as everyone else.
