Pros
The people I work with are great.
Cons
Out-of-touch at the main office. They prefer aesthetic over function. Can't have working equipment, other campuses things are recycled when something breaks. But we sure have to make sure there are pretty table linens while about 60 chairs are stacked in the dining room creating a slip/trip hazard. Promotions are not based on ability, but, on who wanted it first or through the good-old-boy network where directors will hire friends and family rather than promoting from within. Benefits are an abomination. 4000$ deductible per year on the best health plan with a 130$ a week paycheck deduction which for half the employees is unaffordable. Budget plan covers nothing. Toxic people allowed to continue to hold employment which destroys morale for others at the expense of residents. CNAs are abused by nursing staff. Leadership is totally vacant. Employees with Neurodivergent disorders are not accommodated in ANY way.
