Pros
It's a small company, so you get a lot of face time with upper management. They like to promote from within, however this is a downfall in some departments as the management are not prepared to actually manage people - they were just promoted because they had been there the longest.
Cons
The pay is much lower than what you'd make in an oil and gas company downtown. They also moved their head office to the NE, so it's inconvenient to commute for most people.
