Pros
Trimac always paid you every week,they provided a benefit package too,we had an excellent terminal manager,there was an atmosphere of teamwork,diversity,and comradery.
Cons
The thing that I dislike the most was that we where permanently assigned onsite to a customer, and the customer was your boss/dispatcher too,that isnt good because they dont carry the burden of liability like the carrier(trimac) does,and the mutual respect level from the customer is LESS,they see you like a lower breed,thats why I hate working for outfits that pimp you out.
