Pros
Trintech is an awesome company to work for! While it isn't the most exciting / groundbreaking company or environment, it is unique that every employee is very intelligent and proficient at what they do. Trintech is currently is a huge growing phase, and hiring is really ramping up in expectation of the revenue & client growth to come. Exciting to be here for the beginning of the large growth phase. Management has a good handle on what is going on, and how to best address to growth expectations from ownership (Vista & Summit Partners). I have full faith that they are capable of taking Trintech 5x from what it is now.
Cons
As a growing company, my team inherited a lot of bad practices & technical debt, which takes a lot of work to rectify & repair. While it is not fun to re-build internal software practices, it offers a ton of learning opportunities to improve skills, and to know the system inside & out. No major cons about Trintech - nothing I can really complain about. I genuinely like my workers & working here.
