Pune development center was closed within a year, employees were ditched and backstabbed. Toxic environment created by the person responsible for creating the set up here and his successor too wasn't different.

Mature product, collaborative teams, some staff have deep levels of knowledge

Cons

All major decisions come from the US office with product feedback feeling ignored. Sales do not speak to PS leading to many contracts underscored or for products that shouldn’t be used.

Welcoming team and strong tech stack. AI adoption is encouraged which is key from a competitive advantage standpoint. So far, it seems as though everyone is working in the right direction.

Cons
