Company sometimes forgets the "little" people that keep the show going. Great to send Sales team to the islands for a week of R&R on company tab, but what about the staff that made it all possible? All the extra effort put into marketing, development, human resources, accounting. Sure, sales team closes the deals but without all the other support teams, sales team would be nothing.
