People working here are awesome. Great culture, always a smile on everyone in the office. As a new employee, the mentality is that "you'll learn that, no worries" Knowledgeable people in every department and across country borders that are eager to take you under their wing and teach you. A pragmatic approach on everyone on how to solve problems. A lot of social gatherings, holiday events, friday beers and fun. Often nerf war as well (watch out!). Great HR-structure governed by the Dallas HQ, often fun challenges, competitions, and reward systems for those who take initiative and do the little extra. The Oslo Office is central with nice cafeteria in the basement and a roof-top balcony accessable from the office. Get ready for beer and sun here in the summer! A great place to work if you appreciate the interpersonal relations in a workplace.
