It has been a while since I have been at a company with such a great company culture! Trintech values its' employees, and provides a genuine collaborative environment. It's refreshing to work at a company where upper management is truly approachable, visible, and seems to truly value the input of all employees. I once again like coming to work every day, and I feel that I am relevant, and that the work that I am doing is important and appreciated. Trintech has a vibrant employee recognition program, offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, room for growth, training opportunities, and the collaborative spirit that I was missing with my last company. Trintech is poised for great growth, so I'm looking forward to the ride!
