Pros
My manager and supervisor both really emphasize a good work/life balance. They have both been very patient and are always willing to teach me as I am learning different responsibilities that are required in our department. Having a supportive manager and supervisor has been a huge and welcome change from previous work experiences. We can also see how hard they work as well and I'm constantly amazed by how much they do in a day and I only see a small portion of what they do. The company is always striving to improve processes and see how they/we can make things easier or as painless as possible while accomplishing the goal. I often see a "Boss vs. Leader" comparison where the Boss is ordering their employees to pull a sled that they are on and the Leader is down with everyone else pulling with them. Trintech, in general, shows the "Leader" mentality.
Cons
I think it would help to add anonymous reviews that team members can make of their managers/supervisors and feel like they can honestly bring up feedback on what could improve or what needs to stay the same.
