Pros
I have worked for Trintech for many years and though the work has been hard with many hours and weekends spent working it’s been very rewarding. They have always acknowledged my hard work, been understanding when I’ve had family emergencies requiring time away and truly care about your well being as a whole. Management work very hard to come up with inventive ways to make Trintech a fun company to work for. We have amazing software products, very innovative solutions which is why I’ve been here for so long. I share the vision of where we are going as a company and find it exciting to be part of this team.
Cons
Communication in the past has been hit or miss. That said I know Management is constantly working to improve the quality and content of what is being communicated to the employees. I do see improvement in this area.
