Pros

Great company, promotes a healthy work life balance which is awesome

Cons

Support department does not get treated the same as the rest of the company, they promote 24/7 support which means holidays don't exist.

The work you do to support our customers is valuable to the organization and we thank you for ensuring our customers’ needs are met. The support role is one that unfortunately doesn’t offer as much flexibility by the nature of the role but we do offer open time off and encourage all Trintechers to take the time they need to recharge.

Haven’t added a new employee to my team in the US office since Ive been here. Nobody else I work with is my age.
