First of all, we want to express that we are sorry that your experience within the company was perceived as being negative. And we do want to thank you for your feedback, as it helps us to know the feelings that are not being properly addressed. We strive to make the organization an inclusive environment where every employee feels that they can openly voice concerns and have them appropriately addressed, but unfortunately, it sounds like this may not have been what you experienced.
