Pros
*Intelligent and hardworking people in all departments that want to excel and believe in the products 110%. *Collaboration and communication channels are always open. *Almost all roles are remote, flexibility with work times.
Cons
*Need more work/life balance. Everyone is stressed, overworked and exhausted. *Lack of communication of product updates to internal staff and clients, difficult to manage expectations. *Pay is 15-20% lower than industry standard. *Be wary of senior management, some rule their departments by intimidation and fear, high turnover rate for that reason. *Onboarding and training is lacking, 'sink or swim' with minimal instruction.
