Micromanagement at its worst, if you have mind and can think for yourself then walk away, otherwise if you like to suck up to your manager and do whatever they say then this might be the place for you. HR department is horrible, they are not supportive of employees at all. Plan on working lots of hours, but the soften the time by providing snacks and food, ok if that’s your thing. Some managers to stay on their good side expect little gifts when you travel just to keep the peace.
