Not the best pay but fair for the industry.

Meaningful work if you like grassroots projects and conservation. Can be hard to keep going if you aren't passionate for the work. There is a social pressure to enjoy fishing but that is expected. More benefits than other NPOs but not perfect.

Concerned about the changes in leadership and staff. There is a growing sour mood towards leadership. It seems like changes are being made behind the scenes that middle management does not like. Employees can be gossipy including management. Best to not talk about your personal life much. It will be told to others.
