TU has a great culture and staff collectively working towards a great goal. Honest and sincere staff makes for great co-workers and a positive environment.

Cons

My main pain point was the painfully expensive location in Arlington, VA.

Meaningful work with passionate coworkers. Opportunities to work on many unique and interesting projects.

Cons

Well below industry standard salary and some programs have poor work/life balance. Being asked to work far more than 40 hours/week with no overtime or compensation.
