Pros
Love the people, many of whom have been with Troxler for 20+ years. Hours are flexible, and the company tries to work around YOUR schedule. Salary is line with or above market rates: fair for what a position should make. Upper management actually LISTENS to what employees have to say!
Cons
Wish there were more employee "fun" events. COVID put the kabash on regular company picnics and BBQ's, but now that the pandemic has more or less passed, it would be nice if these company events/activities were reinstated.
