* Management does not care about employees. * 70% of all low to mid-level jobs are going to India. * Any American workers still left are being overworked, and told it's their fault if they don't get their work done. * Pay rates are half of the national average. * Benefits are trash. All insurance is based out of Alabama, so unless you live there, it doesn't cover anything or any local doctors.
